Refund Policy – Micro Drift RC

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank
