Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7–14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there are significant delays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–5 business days (if offered)
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address details

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied by their country. These charges are not included in our prices.
